SDFC will host a Lunch and Learn with leaders from several Southeast San Diego organizations who are making a difference across various community service and sustainablility verticals for a panel discusison of the issues affecting the community around Willie Henderson from a service & sustainability standpoint contextualized to SESD.

Volunteers at this event will focuse on the removal of invasive species that often become fuel for wildfires, planting of native species to encourage local biodiversity, and repair/improve trails for community members to access nature. Event would be held in partnership with WILDCOAST who obtained a grant to support the event. |
