From San Diego County to Tijuana and beyond, San Diego FC’s Unprecedented Unity Kit celebrates the diverse communities that bring the region together. The 2026 Unprecedented Unity Kit isn’t just a kit; it’s a statement that football inspires belonging, creates opportunity, and gives us a shared identity to celebrate.
SDFC’s first Community Kit, ‘Woven Into One,’ was intentionally left blank. In 2025, the kit was created as a blank canvas, inviting fans to shape the Club’s identity. In 2026, that canvas came to life with color. The colors of the community begin to bleed through, symbolizing our community coming together, taking a more active role in shaping our identity, and most importantly, allowing the diversity of San Diego to shine.
The pattern of the kit reflects the energy found throughout our community, the same energy that fuels the Club. Supporting SDFC has brought San Diego’s 18 vibrant communities together, helping define who we are. Each community has its own voice and culture, but all are united by the game. Through thick and thin, our community stands behind the Chrome and Azul.
The jock tags were designed by Alexis Samano, a binational artist known for his typographic style. The front tag features the initials “SDTJ,” highlighting our region and the shared love for the game that connects us. The back-of-neck tag reads “Sin fronteras,” a tribute to football as a game without borders. The Unprecedented Unity Kit reflects how we transcend boundaries and unite, especially in a region so closely connected to Tijuana, Mexico.
