The biggest fiesta in San Diego is right around the corner! Ahead of this weekend's international friendly against Club América, here are some things you need to know:
Fans planning on driving to the stadium should note that all parking lots will open at 4 PM. Plan to arrive early as SDFC expects to have a large crowd. Parking can be purchased in advance here.
FanFest also kicks off at 4 PM with family-friendly activities. Come together and celebrate two fútbol cultures prior to the match. Fans can enjoy performances by Banda Firmeza, Culichi NB and DJ Dynamiq, a Beer Garden presented by Michelob ULTRA with $10 Michelob ULTRAs before the match, $7 for two tacos at El Tapatio Food truck, see a Chrome and Azul lowrider display, meet-and-greets from an SDFC player and a Club América legend.
Ready to get in your seat?! Gates open at 5:30 PM. To ensure all fans have a great experience, we have made some changes for this match:
--- No reusable water bottles will be permitted, all drinks will be poured into cups for this match.
--- Only San Diego gear will be permitted on the north side of the stadium. All fans located in Sections 136-140 will be required to exit at the north exit.
---No tailgating will be permitted after the match.
